Headcel MC for Protein casing
Headcel MC for Protein casing products are made of natural cellulose as raw materials, and non-ionic cellulose ether use methoxy or hydroxypropyl hydroxyl to replace the hydroxyl on the anhydrous glucose unit of the cellulose, with water retention, thickening, emulsifying firm, surface activity and other functions.
- Improve the physical properties: cellulose ether can improve the physical properties of protein enteric coating, such as increasing flexibility and ductility, so that the enteric coating is easier to stretch during processing, and not easy to break.
- Improve the barrier property: the addition of cellulose ether can improve the barrier property of enteric coating to gas (such as oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc.), and prolong the freshness period of the content.
