Headcel HPMC for PVC products
PVC suspension polymerization in the polymerization system had become, the Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) and several different kinds of polyvinyl alcohol solution (PVA) formed dispersion. The monomer dispersed into small particles. HPMC acted dispersant, can effectively improve the suspension and dispersion, can improve particle shape and enhance the absorption properties of the plasticizer.
Industrial grade HPMC plays a role of the dispersion of polymerization or copolymerization in the synthesis of PVC resin, it can improve the shape, size and distribution of PVC resin particles.
