Product advantages
Headcel HPMC for Drinks products are made of natural cellulose as raw materials, and non-ionic cellulose ether use methoxy or hydroxypropyl hydroxyl to replace the hydroxyl on the anhydrous glucose unit of the cellulose, with water retention, thickening, emulsifying firm, surface activity and other functions. Due to the PH stability of the product, it can be used as a suspension stabilizer for fruit and vegetable juice, and the dosage is 0.75 to 1.0%: it is used as an instant powder dosage of 0.15 to 0.25%
