Headcel MC for Beverages
Headcel MC for Drinks products are made of natural cellulose as raw materials, and non-ionic cellulose ether use methoxy or hydroxypropyl hydroxyl to replace the hydroxyl on the anhydrous glucose unit of the cellulose, with water retention, thickening, emulsifying firm, surface activity and other functions. Due to the PH stability of the product, it can be used as a suspension stabilizer for fruit and vegetable juice, and the dosage is 0.75 to 1.0%: it is used as an instant powder dosage of 0.15 to 0.25%
- Stabilizer: Cellulose ether can improve the stability of beverages and prevent separation and precipitation of ingredients in beverages. This helps to extend the shelf life of the beverage and reduce quality fluctuations during storage.
- Water retention: Cellulose ethers have good water retention properties, which can increase the water content of beverages and maintain their moist texture. This helps to improve the taste and quality of the beverage.
- Improved mouthfeel: Cellulose ether can improve the mouthfeel of beverages, making them smoother and more delicate. In addition, cellulose ether can reduce the feeling of ice crystals in beverages and improve the comfort of beverages.
